Financial support opportunities can include a waiver of registration fees as well as a stipend to assist with travel and accommodations.

Financial support decisions will be made by the Financial Support Committee based on availability of funds, expressed need, and responses to application questions.

Available financial support aims to increase access for students, early career professionals, those with limited income, and individuals from groups underrepresented in the natural and social sciences.

(including, but not limited to, people who identify as female, non-binary, transgender, queer, gay, lesbian, gender non-conforming, Black, Indigenous, a person of color, disabled, a first-generation college student, or of low socioeconomic status)

If you already applied for financial support along with a presentation proposal for a session chair, concurrent session, poster, or lightning talk, you do not need to submit another request.
