Conference registration includes conference materials, admission to all sessions and the exhibit hall, the opening and closing plenaries, light refreshments and coffee during the morning and afternoon breaks, receptions, art events, and more. The banquet, workshops, and field trips carry additional fees (see below for details).

Friday Banquet Tickets
Tickets for the Banquet (Friday, February 2) are $55 during early registration, $65 during regular registration, and $100 onsite or for a guest who is not registered for the conference. You will be asked for your entrée choice when registering, so be sure to review the banquet menu before signing up!
Pre-Conference Workshop & Field Trip Registration Rates
All student conference attendees are invited to participate in the student luncheon. Pre-registration is required; select the “student luncheon” option in the conference registration system. You will have the option to pre-order a lunch ($13-$15) or attend only ($0).
Deadline & Procedure: If you have to cancel your registration(s) for any conference events (full or single day conference registrations, workshops, field trips, and/or the banquet), please e-mail your cancellation request to email@example.com as soon as possible. The last day to cancel your registration and receive any refund is Friday, January 5, 2018. If you need to cancel your registration after January 5, CNPS will be unable to issue a refund for your registration and you will forfeit your payment, regardless of personal or professional emergency. However, if you have to cancel after January 5, please still let us know.
Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of 25% of the registration fee(s) paid, capped at a maximum of $50, will be deducted from all refunds.
Name Changes: As an alternative to cancelling, registration name changes are accepted, without penalty, until Friday, January 19, 2018. Please have the original registrant e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org with the name and e-mail of the person who will be attending in their place. If the original registration was purchased at the CNPS member rate, but the attendee whose name is being changed onto the registration is not a CNPS member, you may be asked to pay the difference between the CNPS member and non-member rate. If the original registration was purchased at the non-member rate, and the attendee whose name is being changed onto the registration is a CNPS member, then the difference in registration rates will not be refunded.
